Ehsan Mani On The Secret Position Paper

Ehsan Mani represented the Pakistan Cricket Board from 1989 to 1996. He was President of ICC from 2003 to 2006. Here is his review of the super secret, confidential, not for distribution, position paper drafted by a working group of the ICC's Finance and Commercial Affairs Committee (find the original paper here).

Read the whole document. Mr. Mani writes with care and precision, drawing on his experience of working within the ICC. See especially the chart on page 5. He concludes:

"The Position Paper of the Working Group should be withdrawn and referred to an external independent panel to review and comment on. BCCI, CA and ECB should have no part in this process or subsequent discussion on this matter as they are clearly conflicted."
